Selecting Your Package
To get started, choose the package that best matches your vision. Each package is described in detail in the
Packages section, and customizations are available upon request. Please note that any modifications must be confirmed in advance, as they may involve additional costs or time.
Once you submit your request, I’ll reach out to discuss all the details. We’ll collaboratively determine the session style, clothes, makeup, and any other essential elements. You can choose your preferred method of communication—text, email, or Zoom—whichever works best for you. Once all the details are finalized, I will provide you with a contract and proposal.
Please note, to secure your session, you will need to pay a $100 non-refundable booking fee and sign the contract . After that, we’ll collaborate to plan every detail of your shoot.
Session Preparation
Once the contract is signed and the deposit is received, we will begin preparing for your session. I will create a personalized mood board on Pinterest where you can share your ideas and feedback. All plans and updates will be communicated through your preferred messaging platform for your convenience.
If your selected package includes makeup, I will include my makeup artist in our communications to address any questions or preferences you may have about your look. Additionally, if you need assistance with wardrobe planning or selecting outfits, I'm more than happy to provide guidance!
One week before your session, I’ll reach out to confirm all arrangements and clarify any remaining questions. Note that after this point, no further changes to the plan can be made, including location adjustments, background color changes for studio shoots, or any additional details we’ve agreed upon. This ensures that your session proceeds smoothly and meets your expectations.
If you need to reschedule your session for any reason, please contact me at least one week in advance to retain your deposit for the rescheduled session. If you do not notify me in time, a new $100 deposit will be required to schedule a new session.
Session Day
Please arrive on time. A delay of up to 30 minutes is acceptable; however, beyond that, the session may need to be canceled. If something unexpected comes up, please notify me promptly.
After session
Within a week of the session, I will provide a preview gallery featuring images with initial color adjustments. These images will have watermarked to prevent unauthorized use, as they are not the final edits.
You will have to choose the number of images we agreed on for high end retouched. If your session included few outfits, you can select them according to your preferences. For example, if you have 20 final images and 2 outfits, you may choose to split them equally (10 and 10) or arrange them as you like.
Please be aware that if you would like to include more photos for detailed processing, each additional image will incur
a $20 fee.
You will have one month to choose your photos.
After 30 days, the link to the preview gallery will be automatically deleted, so please keep this in mind.
Final Images
According to the timeline specified in your chosen package, you’ll receive your completed images within 4–6 weeks after the session. They will be delivered in high-resolution format via a secure download link.
Copyright and Usage Rights
All images created by me remain under my copyright.
At the time of signing our contract, you will have the option to choose how you would like your photos to be used in the future. It is very important to me that you not only receive excellent photos but also have a positive experience throughout the entire process, including our communication. Your comfort and preferences are my top priority.
If you prefer that your photos not be used in my portfolio or on my social media platforms, you are fully entitled to make that choice. However, in such cases, I will need to charge a fee for not using your photos.
As a photographer, it’s important for me to showcase the quality of my work to potential clients. Sharing your photos in my portfolio helps me attract new clients, and without this opportunity, my ability to secure future work may be limited.
Rest assured, all images will be used solely for my personal portfolio, and they will not be shared with third parties or used for commercial purposes.
